Friendly quick and easy

Having recently ordered a mattress, the Assistant immediately recognised us as we sought to add the base and headboard. Sadly the company would not link the two orders and we lost a potential £200 in discount

Nish was very helpful with my purchase and informative about the products. He was polite and very professional.

I was professionally attended to by Nish Patel. He took his time to explain to me the type of bed i was getting as well as comparing other beds. He allowed me to decide which would best fit my needs and endeavoured to make sure that i was satisfied with the bed i was getting. Thank you Nish i appreciated your help.

Staff was very polite and knowledgable

The staff at Ruislip Manor were courteous and knowledgeable. We were offered tea or coffee whilst we were looking at the beds - which was a nice touch, and the staff were very pleasant. At no time did we feel we were being pressurised or harassed, but there was always someone available to answer any queries (of which there were many). In fact, when we left the store, my husband commented on how pleasant an experience it had been and how nice the staff were (high praise for a non shopaholic). Will definitely shop there again.
