Paul was highly knowledgable, listened to my requirements carefully, gave a range of options and was generally courteous and informative.

The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me find what I was looking for, amongst all the different products - which included an Ottoman style bed, and a really good mattress that would be right for my back. The service was quick, and friendly, but at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything, I could take my time.

As soon as we entered we were greeted and they explained the colour coding for the types of bed. We were also offered refreshments. We were then left to look around and were approached again after we had a chance to look around. So the service was good without being too much. The assistant was good knowledge on the products and explained all the prices and options. It was a very smooth process to buy what we wanted.
