Dreams - Ruislip

The shop assistant Alexandra Langhe was very information and knowledgable of all products, gave us good advice. She also wasn't pushy and had a very easy manor about her!

I arrived just as the store was closing; the staff invited me in and stayed an extra hour for me to complete my order. As it happens I had done my research beforehand so knew exactly what I wanted. The staff we very helpful and everything ran extremely smoothly. The bed I wanted was out of stock and I was told that it would take approximately 6-7 weeks for the bed to be delivered. Within a few days I received a call to arrange delivery a week later.

Alexandra, attendant provided to us, assisted us in choosing a correct product without wasting much time.

Alex the sales assistant was very knowledgable and helped us very much and made the sale as easy as possible as we had our 3 children with us. She gave the children chocolate Eggs and balloons and colouring to do. Brilliant customer service. Didn't rush us which is good.

Alex was by far the best mattress advisor I have ever spoken to. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and after having been looking for a mattress for 2 years but always leaving stores totally confused and undecided I was amazed at after speaking to Alex whilst shopping with my son for a mattress and bed for him that I felt totally satisfied and happy at buying a mattress for myself finally.

The Dreams sales assistant, Alexandra Langhe, delivered great customer service. She had good product knowledge, and explained this based on the specifications I had explained I was looking for. She was not pushy in making a sale, and made myself and my mother feel comfortable enough to peruse the store without feeling pressured. Overall, this was a smooth transaction given Alexandra's exemplary customer service and attitude towards assisting us choosing the right mattress. We have purchased from the Ruislip store previously, from another colleague and had a similar experience hence why we returned.

Paul, the assistant who served us, was efficient, friendly and took time to explain the benefits of the different beds and offers available.

Nish, the member of staff we dealt with, explained the colour blanket to look for when choosing the type of mattress required, then left us to discuss the products. When we had made up our minds we went back to him and he proceeded to place the order. We were recommended to go to the Ruislip Store of Dreams by a friend who said how helpful and friendly the staff were and we were not disappointed. Looking forward to receiving the mattress in a couple of weeks.

The service was very personalised I went in to buy a bed (which I did) but even purchasing a pillow was a very pleasant experience
