We were allowed to browse the store before we went to the sales assistant, who had already introduced herself, for more specific information about the bed & mattress we liked. Purchase was went smoothly.

Nish carefully explained the products, patiently took us from one product to the next, made us tea and coffee, then handed us over to Alex who took us through the actual purchase process.

The Assistants in Dreams could not have been more helpful in explaining the various types of mattress and pillows and making sure I tested the firmness, softness etc of mattresses. They answered all questions I asked and made me feel comfortable.
