Dreams - Ruislip

My wife and I visited the Ruislip Manor store in search of a replacement bed. The assistant Hemal couldn't be more helpful without being one bit pushy at all. He was extremely knowledgable about the products we were interested in, this showed in his enthusiasm and interest in our needs. He also has a sense of humour which is important today. Hemal's technical knowledge explaining the different mattresses and their construction was exemplary. We both came away with a very positive experience about Dreams and our impressions was reinforced by the level of customer care, expertise and approach provided by Hemal. He is a good ambassador for Dreams and delivered a great customer experience.

Good assistance in helping to get the right mattress and correct divan base and headboard that made it a very easy purchase.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. They explained exactly how the order process works and the availability of all items we were interested in buying. They also had an excellent knowledge of the products we went onto buy.

From the minute we entered the store,Paul was very friendly and welcoming.My daughter and I knew the kind of bed we wanted so Paul was quick to direct us to the right place.A cup of tea/ coffee went a long way to make the purchase experience even better! Paul offered useful advice on the product and he answered all our questions patiently. The price of the product was competitive compared to other stores we had visited. Delivery availability within 3 days was great compared to 5 weeks quoted elsewhere. Finally there was free parking.

The member of staff who served us was prompt in letting us know he was available to assist us should we need it. He explained the system for knowing which mattress was which and then left us to decide on our own, letting us know he was available to help should we need it. Placing the order was quick and easy!

I was very satisfied with my experience at Dreams - Ruislip, Paul was very friendly and helpful in helping us to make our decision. He gave us plenty of information on each of the beds and mattresses as well as left us to decide for ourselves without being pushy.

We got sale assistance call Alex. We spent all most 4 hour in store with her.she provide all information which we look forward. Like bed disaen size price difference. Colour. Mattress. Head bord and..........so much.....at the she offer a coffee too. I believe she had very good knowledge to run store..God bless her. Thank
