Hemal was very professional and patiently answered every question and was able to find solutions to any problem we had. We probably spent an hour or more choosing what products we wanted and were not rushed into making a purchase. This was my wife's second visit and she was treated exactly the same on her first visit.

We visited he store twice, we left after the first visit to confirm measurements and returned the following day to place an order, the two gents who treated us, we're Hemal and Nish,we drank their coffee ! and they talked us through the process faultlessly, we would like them to view these comments. we were not hassled by the staff but when we needed assistance the member of staff was very good, friendly and very helpful and worked with us as we did not know what we wanted and offered us a drink when we where looking around
