we entered the premises n were approach by the Alex with a wonderful smile n asked us if she can be of service. Alex explained about the section of the shop as to where things were n she can give us any Tea or Coffee. Alex has helped us with our purchase n we are very happen to have visited Dreams

I was immediately greeted when I entered the store and the assistant who greeted me was very pleasant. He went on to show me options for upgrading the mattresses as I requested, but I was not pressured and allowed to test and take my time to choose. I was offered refreshment whilst my order was being submitted and given options for payment. The whole experience was relaxed and pleasant and I came out of the store feeling very satisfied.
