The best customer service I have experienced in a retail store in a long time! I was looking for a good reputable mattress that will last me a very time! All staff greeted and were welcoming, offered a drink upon arrival. The store manager and Hemal were both very helpful and took their time to listen to my requirements. They knew the products and provided a detailed explanation. Very happy and excellent customer service! Highly recommend any customer visiting there store!

We bought a mattress from you previously, very happy with the product and the service, this was a second mattress for our spare room. Delivery men were polite, they remove our old mattress, excellent workers.

Both Nish and Hemal were extremely helpful. I was looking for an adjustable bed because my husband had very recently had a stroke and I would not usually make such a large purchase without my husband being there. I received kind and helpful advice not only about the bed but also about interest free credit and the fact that I could have a VAT taken off with proof of my husband's disability, which I did not know about. Hemal took me through all the paperwork with great patience. They also gave me a very nice (and welcome) cup of tea.
