Dreams - Ruislip

I was looking to purchase one king size and two single mattresses' plus one king size bed frame. I already have a Dreams mattress I purchased a while ago but when I looked on line it appeared to be discontinued. I had a picture of the mattress type which I showed to one of your sales team who could immediately identify it's replacement which I was happy with.

Very friendly staff we were given tea and given plenty of information

I am a first time buyer and for that reason I was doing my research on beds and mattresses. Dreams is around the corner where I live so I popped into the store and that's the best thing I did. The staff was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions. I looked at a few other places but was a bit let down on customer service. I came back to Dreams and placed my order for 2 beds and 2 mattresses.

All in all a very good experience. Only criticism was the constant effort to sell me additional insurance and installation.

Got a great discount on high quality pillows after buying bed. Quick delivery service, a call to advised delivery time with a 2 hour window slot. Recycle services offered for old bed and installation. Delivery to designated room of choice. Very happy. Will be returning to buy kids beds.

We were served by both Nish and Hemal when we visited. Both staff members were very knowledgeable of each product we looked at. Both were not pushy at all and that was the best part, if we said no, they took that as an answer,if we wanted more info they gave it to us. I would definately recommend the ruislip store to friends and family as the customer service was excellent. We were also there after closing and they were not rushing through to finish our purchase they would take their time to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly satisfied!

Greeted at door by very friendly assistant who explained the store layout. Also offered tea or coffee and answered our questions knowledgeably. She was not at all pushy but was available when we needed some help or information. And made the whole experience a very pleasant one.

We were assisted by Hemal who spent time with us in choosing our mattress (as we had already decided on the bed) explained the different types and allowed my daughter to try out as many as she needed. We also purchased two pillows.
