Alex made the experience very positive. She took her time explaining about the mattress, the extras, timings and listened to every question. She answered all questions and knew what she was speaking about. Would recommend her.

We were dealt with efficiently on arrival at the store. We understood the differences between the Tempur ranges so we could make a decision on what was best for us. The order process was simple and the mattress will be delivered in a couple of weeks.

Alex, the lady that helped us at the Ruislip Manor store was very courteous, helpful and friendly, without being pushy. I felt like I was able to take my time to make a decision about the bed I wanted, and she wasn't trying to push extra costs on top of us.

We were looking for replacement mattresses for our adjustable bed, and were looked after by Hemal, who was very helpful without being pushy. We placed an order and expect to be equally satisfied when the goods arrive.

The lady that helped us in the Ruislip Manor store was called Alex. She offered the highest customer service from the moment we walked into the store. She took the time to listen and understand our needs and helped us to find the perfect bed. We explained that we had moved house the previous day and found out that our bed and base were riddled with mould and that we were desperate to find a new bed and have it delivered within a week. She sorted out everything. We couldn't fault her service, she was amazing!
