i was highly satisfied with my visit to my local store. I was approached straight away and offered a drink. The assistant listened to what i was looking for and sorted the order out quickly and efficiently.

Staff at the store was really kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me understand what type of matress will be best for me as a person, as well as showed me a range of matresses that would fit me well. They were honest with everything, including ease of cancellation for my own circumstances.

The Salesman was helpful and knowledgeable but not pressurising. There was a wide range of products displayed in a bright and clean environment.

Loved the programme that tested our body and checked what mattress is more suitable. The customer service was great, we were offered coffee, tea or water. The colleague had excellent knowledge of the products. Also they cleaned the mattresses after each customer.
