Nish and Hemel were extremely helpful, they explained everything from the different types of beds to types of mattress' and pillows. They also answered any questions we had. The explanation of the mattress was very in-depth which helped us understand the way they are built and what different benefits they can give us. We were asked if we would like tea or coffee which we have never been offered in any other shop so that was a very nice gesture. While going through the final quote my son was asking me for water which the staff noticed and bought a glass of water out for him which was very nice.

Alex was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable - it was a pleasure to deal with her and I was pleased with the amount of choice on offer in this store

My first visit to Ruislip Dream store was great. I was welcomed by friendly staff. I was given assistance by Nish to help select mattress and divan. Nish had good knowledge of the different type of mattresses and advised on all other product. Alex cordially helped setting up finance and explained other product very well. I would definitely recommend to visit Dream store.

We were treated courteously and out purchase was problem free.

Allowed to view products before seeking advice. Very smooth and quick ordering with full information given regarding the delivery including various options of extras. Very polite member of staff - Paul - who was very knowledgeable giving various options leading to the final decision. This is not our first purchase from Dreams and will not be our last.

Served by bothe the manager and an assistant who were both very helpful. Everything was explained fully and clearly. Nothing too much trouble.

Felt salesman was very attentive and knew his stuff about the products we bought. Then left us to try out the mattresses
