Very friendly and attentive and helpful -

Served quickly and efficiently. Served with a cup of tea while we selected our bed and mattress. No hard sell techniques used to sell us anything. Very unhurried and relaxed experience.

Really good experience, parked in car park to the rear and Paul the salesman opened the door and asked if we wanted to come in that way to avoid the rain. He wasn't overly pushy but gave us a brief talk about the colour codes of each bed, then he gave us a pillow to use to try the beds. The staff were really friendly as we had 2 small children and let us use the toilet facilities and gave the children some sweets! Really friend and non pushy experience

Because Paul, the man who served me, was able to direct me immediately to the product I was interested, was very knowledgeable about the product, answered all my questions, showed me how the sofa bed worked, was very patient while I was undecided about the colour, and offered helpful suggestions when I asked him for advice. There was no sales pressure, which was nice, and the actual sale was dealt with quickly and efficiently. He was also a very pleasant man which makes a great deal of difference when you are not too sure what to buy, and offered me coffee, which was very nice.

Went in wanting to buy a bed and mattress. I knew which bed to buy but not the mattress. Paul the shop assistant new his mattresses and explained exactly what was on offer in my price range and comfortability. He also explained all the other options with regards to the bed that I did not know about. More than happy.
