We originally had an issue with another bed company that we wanted rectifying. We were shown compassion and understanding when we explained our situation and we were given a lot of help to find another bed that we liked for a speaey delivery. Very satisfied.

We visited the Rotherham store and had booked an assessment for a new mattress. We were assisted by a member of staff called keiran who was extremely helpful and knowledgable and respectful of our budget. We are very happy with the mattress which was great quality and a great price and we could also take it away that day.
