The assistant asked about our requirements and found as a product in the sale which was excellent value for money, she then arranged for extra products free as part of the sale. Excellent service and very good value for money.

The store assistant was most helpful, and he was so polite and understanding to our needs.

Kieran at the Parkgate, Rotherham store was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We were offered water during our visit and were also given space and time to think over our preferences. We used the facility to help understand what mattresses would be best for us and unlimited opportunity to try various mattresses. He used the computer to show us our choices in a bedroom environment in our chosen colour. Exceptional service.

Tara greeted us she was very bubbly and friendly, she was very knowledgeable about what we went in the store for and helped us to buy the right items for us.

Kieran was very nice and knowledgeable. He didnt try and push the most expensive product on us, we tried a variety of products and went for the one that best suited our wallets and comfort. He obviously knows alot about the products and was able to help us find the best fit for us without being pushy. Everyone at the Rotherham store was very friendly and they even entertained our kids with some books.
