Greeted by very friendly staff which helped me pick the best bed possible on the bed machine. I'm a quite heavy person and the bed they recommended was the perfect firmness for me. Also presented with a free bottle of water as it was very warm that day, no pushy sales and just made the whole experience pleasurable. Other mattress shops feels like you are having to drag information out of them. I had been to other shops and sat on 15 mattress that they told me were very firm and they were like pillows. Terrible experience at the other shops and was just a waste of my time. Cannot fault Dreams. Well done :)

The sales advisor Harrison was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and took lots of time to explain and show is the options.

Our assistant was called Harrison and he made us feel at ease from the start. His explanation of the products was very informative and helpful. He was not pushy and let us make up our own minds. The store was a delight to be in and all the staff were helpful and pleasant

Luke who advised us of the best mattress was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. We were also offered refreshments.
