As soon as we walked in the door the assistant was there asking if we knew what kind of bed we was after & led us straight to them. She was very knowledgeable about the type of beds we was wanting explaining the difference between them. Then she asked us questions which type of mattress we prefer then put us on this electrical bed which helped us choose the mattress which suited our needs and led us straight to them to try various mattresses very impressed with overall service we received that day highly recommendable

We were very satisfied with our visit to the store,the sales assistant tarsha was very nice,she new her beds and was very helpful to us making our choice. She gave us options and answers to our questions and was never pushy for us to make a decision

Greeted by very friendly staff which helped me pick the best bed possible on the bed machine. I'm a quite heavy person and the bed they recommended was the perfect firmness for me. Also presented with a free bottle of water as it was very warm that day, no pushy sales and just made the whole experience pleasurable. Other mattress shops feels like you are having to drag information out of them. I had been to other shops and sat on 15 mattress that they told me were very firm and they were like pillows. Terrible experience at the other shops and was just a waste of my time. Cannot fault Dreams. Well done :)
