staff were courteous and efficient. appointment was booked and all was on time.

The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much of a problem for them. We were super satisfied with the sleep match test that we did for our mattress and the manager gave us the right amount of personal space and information on everything.

The member of staff that dealt with us ( Claire at Parkgate Rotherham store was an exemplary member of staff. Not pushy . Listened to our needs and didn't try to sell something we didn't want but tried to match the products to our needs which she did successfully and without pressure.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. More variety of stock held in store for customers to take away the same day would help the staff even more on sales .

Visited a lot of other stores and all very pushy sales people, but the lady we spoke to called Claire at the Rotherham parkgate store was very helpful and friendly. She wasn't pushing any products on us and it was a quick and easy process from walking in the store to ordering and leaving. Very happy with our product and can't wait for it to arrive.
