from start to finish our experience in store was excellent. there was a slight problem with the computer freezing but the staff were excellent in resolving the issue as quickly as possible & we were able to deal with things on our phone through the e-mail we received. the staff & management were excellent & very informative. we purchased a mattress & pillows & used the dreams computerized bed to select the right comfort of mattress as i have fibromyalgia , i cannot thank them enough for there patience & advice in selecting our items will be returning for more pillows & recommending family & friends to use your store at parkgate . rotherham, thank you for the experience.
