We were greeted by Luke at the Dreams store in Rotherham Parkgate. He was very friendly and approachable. We visited the store to purchase a new bed for my 22 year-old son who has autism. Luke made an amazing effort with him and heavily involved him in the decision making and sale process which made my son extremely happy. Luke took our requirements into great consideration and gave us the best advice on the products and was eager to offer us the best deal within our price range. A big thank you to Luke from Joseph and his family!

So we are moving home and needed beds sooner rather than later. The team worked tirelessly even on their day off to see what they could do with delivery times. We actually ended up going to the store on 4 visits, each time they were highly courteous and genuinely carefully about getting it right for us .well done for exceptional and outstanding service
