The whole experience in what is a strange and stressful time was made safe by our sales person in store at Parkgate Rotherham. His name was Harrison, his knowledge and professional way was more than satisfying. He made the whole thing easy and was the best of all that day's shopping for a bed the best.

Luke, the sales person was absolutely fantastic. He welcomed my family in, was brilliant with the kids, offered us all a drink, let us use the sleep match machine and found us the perfect mattress (we basically tried every mattress in store). He had so much time for us and never tried to push a sale on us at all. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He let us go away and have a think about it which we did and we purchased the next day over the phone with him.
