The sales colleague, Danielle, was really kind and helpful and made me and my partner feel at ease from the first moment of walking into the store and helping us by being able to use the sleep bed function to be able to choose the right mattress to support us and especially with having medical issues I can not fault how she was and kept us safe within social distancing measures, highly recommended member of staff!

Very easy. Felt safe with Covid restrictions on place, Danielle was really helpful and lovely. I have bought from dreams before but usually online. The Parkgate store was very easy and helpful as I only live 5 minutes away
