We were very warmly welcomed by Luke, who straight away bonded with us, looked after our needs and quickly advised us on the perfect bed for us! We were able to try the mattress and were handed freshly sanitised pillows. When entering the store we had a budget, however we spent £300 over our budget due to the customer service and how we were made to feel in the store. We have already expressed this to our friends and family and cannot express enough how much good products and customer service sell. We shopped around at Bensons and Wilson’s and their customer service (and the products) were nowhere near that of Dreams’!! Will 100% be dropping into store in the near future to buy more Tempur pillows too! Great great team, Luke was amazing and the products/whole experience was amazing!
