He firstly found out which mattress would be best by using the bed that assesses which firmness is most suitable. He then led us through the recommendations one by one. He was very knowledgable about each mattress and extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble WITHOUT being too pushy which can be offputting. We found a beautiful comfy bed for my son overall a very positive experience will definitely use again.
