Our assistant was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable

On arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady Julie she was extremely pleasant & helpful, she listened to my needs & respected my health issues. She advised I try the the simulator this made it easier to find what I needed, she wasn't pushy. She was very patient with me (my health issues cause me to stop for a min to rest) she gave me a bottle of water & pillow to use this was such a nice touch as I didn't feel comfortable putting my head on a pillow used by others. She handle my needs with respect & I'm extremely happy she took the time to understand what I need. I've already recommended this store to my friend to visit I was treated with respect. Other bed companies can learn a lot from the professionalism dream & Julie showed me.
