Cath member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable not pushy showed me a number of suitable matresses after been scanned on the machine, allowed me time to try them out.

She took the time to understand our needs and appeared knowledgeable and was very approachable and friendly

We were given time yesterday, to try all options before choosing the item which was right for us. The assistant was very helpful throughout the process, quick to offer help when needed, and explaining the different products when asked. Delivery is not due until 14th of Feb., so no other comments aty this time.

The lady that took care of us was lovely, very attentive and friendly, listened to our needs and made knowledgable recommendations of products

Claire the store manager was a fantastic help and offered an excellent service. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Dreams was the last bed shop we visited and her customer service was head and shoulders above other stores’ assistants.

We had been into dreams (Rotherham Parkgate) around October time to look at getting a new bed then but at the time we decided against the purchase due to finances. The colleague that serviced us back then was amazing, knowledgable and really kind and patience with us while we made a choice about what we would like. Nothing was too much for him. Due to this experience we decided to head back to dreams (The following January) was we had our finances in order to go through with the purchase. We were met by a different colleague, Harrison, again at the Rotherham Parkgate store, and again we had the same experience! He was polite, knowledgable and kind. This made our decision even easier and happily purchased our bed. Would definitely recommend dreams and Harrison to friends and family!
