Had a bed delivered from Bensons for bed, half the bed was missing and the delivered half was damaged. Went to local Dreams store to 'panic buy' a bed, the team were very friendly, not pushy (which means a lot) and knowledgeable. within in 20 minutes, viewed range and ordered a bed. Delivery timescale was 9 days which was amazing after waiting 4 months from Bensons. Great value for money, highly impressed with the whole service which is why I felt I had to complete this survey.
