From the moment we entered the store we were greeted with friendliness and respect by the young store assistant who dealt with us. He explained the use of the mattress comfort measuring device and after we finished on it we were shown all the mattresses that he thought would suit our needs explaining along the way the differences between the pocket springing and other mattress make ups. at no time during this process were we pressured or hurried into making a decision. Any questions asked by us were answered with knowledgeable replies and when we decided on the mattress he was just as helpful in helping us pick the ottoman base and relevant headboard. I would like to add that the assistant was a credit to your company and should be informed of our satisfactionin the way he dealt with us.

We found the staff to be very helpful. Cath took the time to understand our needs and showed us all mattresses which matches our profile. The flexibility of delivery is great for us as we will be moving shortly and payment options are great.

We needed a bed with a fully finished back of the headboard (a strange request, but needed due to placement of the bed) Was able to get us exactly what we needed, spent time helping choosing a mattress, my partner has back problems Very happy
