We first attended the store on Saturday 26/09 as one of several we visited to make a decision about the purchase. Luke, the store adviser, welcomed us went through the diagnostic process while taking time to really understand what we were looking for and even more importantly what we weren’t looking for then give us his expert advice. He didn’t pressure us, he just gave us the necessary advise and left us to it.

The sales assistant was excellent! Luke made a real fuss over my little boy and found him the perfect bed!

The store was very welcoming and felt very Covid safe, we were left to browse for awhile before being offered help by Tarsha one of the sales staff, which we really appreciated. I hate being jumped on as soon as I get in a shop. Tarsha helped us understand the different mattress types, fibres etc which was great seen as a natural material will definitely help with my sleep experience. She also asked us if we wanted to use the electronic assessment bed which we did and helped us to understand our requirements. After all that we were left to make up our mind, Tasha was attentive whenever we glanced over looking for more help and came to our aid. The only thing that let down the experience was a technical problem when trying to connect to the finance system which meant we had to wait for another computer to come free, which took awhile. I am now looking forward to receiving my new bed and mattress.
