the salesman was absolutely on point, with there been 3 other bed shops close by i still came back to dreams and actually spent more money than i would have done and that was down to the guy who served me. really good and enthusiastic.

We didn't really know what we wanted but the shop assistant Tarsha was really helpful and found us what we wanted

I knew what I wanted, walked in found it was 20 percent off. The assistant was helpful showed me how sofa bed worked and done with purchase in 5 mins, exactly like a bloke wants to shop.

It was nice and easy without any of the pushy sales stuff you sometimes expect

We visited the Parkgate Rotherham shop twice over a period of around 6 weeks. We were attended to by a young man called Harrison. He was superb and gave an excellent representation of your company, it's values and customer experience. The 2nd time we went in we were greated by another sales person who enquired about our previous visit and swiftly passed us over to Harrison. Harrison remembered us and picked up where he had left off 6 weeks previously. We bought a mattress and were super happy and impressed by the whole experience. In my opinion, it was as good a piece of customer service as I have ever received

Harrison was very helpful and knew wat he was talking about and really helpful with my purchase and organising everything I am very pleased with him and the other staff wher very polite

The assistant was very helpful and showed good knowledge of the product i was interested in
