Easy, quick and convenient, helpful staff and hopefully a quality product.

The attention that was given to me was first class, the young man was very polite and well mannered and it was obvious that he held respect for the elderly generation which I find is lacking in this moment of time.

Dee and John were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us space when needed. Both very approachable. Good knowledge of mattresses to enable them to point us in the right direction for our needs. Covid hygiene and distancing was great. Staff were seen to be consistently sanitising as appropriate.

The gentleman who greeted us in us store Harrison was very polite, his product knowledge was impeccable. We felt at ease with him, he listened to what we wanted & made sure we got it. Suffice to say due to Harrison and his expertise we didn't shop around, which is something we normally do.

The young lad, Harrison was a gem. He was very well knowledgeable regarding the products we were looking for and showed us all our options regarding our needs.. he took the time for us and shown an interest in what we were looking for. He was very polite and jolly which made it easy for us to express what we were looking for.

Walked in and bought a bed straight away as staff was very friendly and helpful. Got a great bargain too.
