All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Tara dealt with us and didn’t just come across as wanting a sale, she helped us feel at ease and showed us a variety of beds to choose from. It felt as if we had met Tara before. We were also offered a discount by the manager as I work in the NHS so this was a surprise and we are very grateful of this, I will be recommending not only dreams but the store itself to others due to the professional and friendly staff.

Really friendly staff member who although new in her role, gave us her full attention and was really patient as we wanted to try out a few options. Nice touch to be offered a bottle of water on a warm summer day.
