We’d purchased a bed from Dreams a couple of years ago & were very pleased with the service & how friendly, knowledgeable & helpful the staff we’re talking not pushy. Hence we decided to look for a bed again at your store & was pleased to say the staff wer3 just the same

As I walked in, immediately I was greeted by the wonderful Tara. She introduced herself, asked what I’m looking for and then invited me to try the bed matching programme. After we completed that, we found the perfect bed straight away. We quickly went round the others but I knew that first bed was the one. Throughout the whole visit from start to finish, the staff were warm, polite and friendly. Me and my partner had a lovely experience, and it was your customer service which made me deal with yourselves. If it wasn’t for Tara, I don’t believe I would’ve walked away with a purchase.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We also really liked the sleep match service as it helped us to narrow down choices. Staff also went above and beyond to help us find the specific mattress we were wanting to try out
