Had spent hours trolling the internet at beds n mattress but realised I needed to see first hand..I'm so glad I did the wealth of information the sales person gave me not only saved me money but explained in detail all the different types of mattresses their structure thus avoiding the wrong choice..wonderful + he arranged to take my old bed away Mega!

The whole experience was quick, easy, fully explained and was exactly what I could have wanted. The staff member who served us knew exactly the type of clientele we were and had excellent knowledge of the product we wanted.

Colleague was really knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to pick the perfect mattress including allowing us to use the sleep match machine. Really friendly and couldn’t have been happier with the service. It made finding the right bed stress free.

Harrison is a credit to the company and was very helpful and had good product knowledge. HOW EVER in view of the amount we spent we felt the charge to remove a king size mattress and base pluss a 4 foot mattress was a £115 in total which I thought was excessive We even paid for the mattress protector..we await your reply. THANKYOU .

Good customer service. Helpful and good knowledge of the item we were looking for. Social distanced, had sneeze screens at the desk, plus hand sanitiser. Manager came across to approve discount etc even though he was serving another customer.
