Martyn, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His manner was very relaxed which made a pleasant change not to feel pressured which in turn made us feel confidant in the information he provide us with.

We were left to browse at our leisure but was quickly attended too when the product we had selected was ready to be ordered.

I found the sales assistant who served us gave us time to choose what we wanted without being rushed into something we didn't want he also didn't hover over us while we made our choice He answered all our questions and I found him very knowledgable

Chelle was lovely, she knew exactly what I was looking for and took the time to offer me better value mattress, we were offered tea and coffee while we were making out purchase and the staff had a laugh with us. Really lovely guys. We had a bit of trouble finding the store but other than that, it was a great visit and I walked away with a lively new bed and mattress for less than £700. Be sons for beds tried to charge me £700 just for ta bed frame that wasn't half as nice.

Staff friendly and honest. Not pushy. Informative. listened to needs . Hopefully I will be as pleased with my product too.
