Staff were very friendly and attentive as soon as we walked in. The member of staff who served us had a great knowledge of all the products in the store and helped us to choose the perfect bed frame and mattress. The order was processed very quickly and efficiently. We now eagerly await delivery of our new bed.

Found what I was looking for, got delivery within a week, staff member in store (Lee) was very helpful and delivery guys today (can't read names on card) were really good.

Chelle who helped us had really good product knowledge and as me and my partner were buying our first mattress it was great to have someone there who could talk us through it.

Walked in and was immediately greeted with a cheery smile and welcome by staff. Both members were pleasant and helpful, Dean asked if we needed any help and was very attentive. Michelle was equally helpful and provided a lovely cup of coffee whilst my husband and I looked round shop which was well laid out very clean and you could see the sales assistance were proud of their store. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we found the bed which suited our needs very quickly with some very good advice from Dean. All in all what could have been extremely stressful was very pleasant and cost effective.

Wanted a bed chose a bed paid and got delivery confirmation. Simple and sweet. Hassle free

the assistant Chelle was very helpful in showing us what kind of bed we wanted left us to try them out when we wanted help she was there to advise us. explained to us about comfort exchange, it was hassel free making our purchase, and delivery date was perfect, she told us if this turned out not to be conveniant ring and it would be changed to a conveniant date.I would recommend seeing this assistant for help and guidence

Staff were extremley helpful wth products, also searched out back for stock that wasn't in the front of the store.
