I was very satisfied with the service I received, I found the bed I was looking for,and was able to try different mattresses. The sales lady was very helpful and explained everything to me about my choice. Also the delivery date fitted in with my plans nicely. All in all everything was just fine.

The friendly approach of Chelle in Unit C 270 - 272 Hornchurch store the way she gave me time to browse the furniture and not constantly hound me. Chelle answered all my questions in respect of the products and l would definitely recommend this store and in particular her service to others. Although the product we were looking for was not on the shop floor the assistant helped us find it on the online screen available for customer use. He then phoned a number of other stores to find the specific details we needed which were not shown on the online facility. The service offered was very thorough and professional without any pressure to commit to a purchase.
