The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We explained the our needs regarding beds with storage Martyn the chap who served us understood what we wanted he showed a particular style of bed. Which we then purchased.

The staff member, Michelle, was very helpful and friendly, especially with my young children who we were buying the bed for. Michelle had a good knowledge and was very helpful checking availability and earliest delivery date

Staff are helpful. The store is small so looking round is easy and staff,Chelle, gave me full attention. She made sure I was happy to order before going ahead which was good and meant there was no pressure.

We were very welcomed on entering the store and offered coffee immediately then left to decide which mattress I was going to buy and given any information I needed.
