The friendly approach from colleague and understanding my needs

Michelle was awsome! She didn't hound us, she let us know she was there and anything we needed just ask. we asked about where to start as first time bed buyers... She started us us at the cheap end and showed us the different prices of mattress and bed. She offered us drinks and advice. We also managed to get a good price on mattess and bed because we put deposite down before the sale went off! And luckily she told us about finace as well which made our desion a little bit easier. So we went away and within 1 day we called up and put a deposite down. We went in a week later with no prompting and filled out the rest of finace which was easy and smooth and managed to get half price bed linen and new quilt. She explained about insurance in depth. And why it was worth having the men set up the bed. She listern to what we had to say and was extremely helpful. She made sure when we wasn't sure about things that we under stood what it was. She made us feel relax and calm. And we went with dreams because of the customer service!

When we entered the store we was welcomed in a very friendly manor, after help with our purchase, making the order was simple and easy. Thank you Chelle

WE FOUND THAT THE ASSISTANT, CHELLE, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, VERY HELPFUL & VERY FRIENDLY, AS WERE ALL THE STAFF IN YOUR ROMFORD, ESSEX STORE

The staff in the store were very understanding and helpful ,helping us with all our questions about the beds ,firmness ,softness ect and quality .the overall exsperians was very good.

As soon as I walked in Dreams, I was asked if I needed any help. The customer assistant helped me find what I was looking for and placed the order for me. He was very polite and helpful.

Dean was fabulous, he helped with everything we needed and all the questions we ask. I can't wait for my bed :):) Use a friendly service, made me feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely recommend him and Romford dreams.
