We were specific with our needs and were shown exactly what we needed, we were helped but were left to make our decision....we went elswhere to compare and on our return recieved good customer service and help with our decision and so placed our order.

The gentleman by the name of martyn was the main reason we are highly satisfied. .he helped us every step of 5he way and he's product knowledge was amazing...he did not pressure us by hovering around us but knew when to approach and aid us and walked away when we needed to talk as a couple..he's colleague even made us a hot drink and assisted us by getting a good deal on some sheets as well ...absolutely 10 out of 10. The bed frame that I wanted was not on show at this store. Your sales colleague showed us details on the to and checked on availability. Also he made sure that we tried out various mattresses to our satisfaction.

All the staff especially staff member Charlotte who helped my father-in-law and myself with our inquiries and she helped me with a future purchase. The the Romford Roneo corner store was very helpful. We will definitely return again and highly recommend your store to friends and family.

The salesman, Martyn, was very informative and helpful but not pushy. We felt comfortable walking around and trying the beds for comfort without feeling awkward.

My questions where answered before I asked then great service couldn't have asked for more it's just a shame I never had time for the tea but thank you all the same
