the salesperson, Dean, was extremely knowledgeable. he listened to what we wanted and instead of just showing us the most expensive item, he showed various examples relevant to us and explained why they met our needs. he also gave us pros and cons. we left to go away and consider before going back to order the following week and as we left he was courteous, pleasant and polite even though he did not know if we would indeed come back to order. when we went back the following week he was helpful, efficient and made it all so straightforward.

The staff were very helpful and made it easy to find the bed and mattress we required. We had plenty of time to talk through our requirements,all it needs now is to try it out

We were dealt with very quickly and was offered helped. We asked for further information and was given were good help.

We went into the store and was asked if we needed any help, which we did. Dean showed us all the mattresses that he thought would be suitable. We tried them all out and was given a cup of tea while we were making up our minds as to which we felt suited us. Dean was very knowledgable about all the different products. We weren't hurried to make up our minds, in fact he encouraged us to take our time. We were very impressed with him.

The sales rep approached us within a few minutes of entering the store, we explained we needed time to think and he left us be, all the while another colleague was entertaining our toddler with a game of catch the balloon! Which gave us time to discuss our options. Once the decision was made the process of setting up a payment plan was very quick.
