THE STAFF LISTENED AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER, WE RETURNED TO PURCHASE THE BED AS WE HAD RECEIVED EXCELLENT CARE WHEN BUYING ANOTHER BED LAST YEAR,

I received assistance as to what type of mattress would suit my needs and the assistant helped me to check how much movement transferance there was. I was also given a cup of tea which was a nice gesture.

Highly satisfied with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff,not too pushy but on hand when needed.
