Charlotte served us, listened to what I wanted located it immediately order placed. I then asked a question and her male colleague joined Charlotte in serving me 2 for the price of 1! Very impressed

We were offered coffee or tea and given 4pillows free of charge

I was asked if needed any help but then left to consider my purchase. speedy of the ordering process and delivery date.

The man that delt we me Martyn was brilliant and helpful, he was determined to help me no matter how long I was taking testing beds then Martyn offered me pillows to test an offered me coffee a few times, great service

A few years a go I bought a single mattress from Dreams which was the best mattress I have ever encountered. I had to get rid of it when I bought a double bed where I bought a cheaper mattress, again from Dreams. When I went into the store I asked the employee which mattress was the most similar to the single one I had previously had. The employee knew straight away and I have now ordered the mattress and its comfort is perfect"

I was highly satisfied with the assistance i got from the store manager as he was very helpful and did everything he could to help me with my purchase. This is the second time i have been to this store and bought Tempur products and both times i have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.
