Dean the store manager was extremely knowledgeable on the mattress differences (didn't realise the range available). Once we had decided on the type of mattress, it was easy to select the nickel frame, it is so stylish. We are really pleased with our purchase.

Customer care, know leg and general overall experience, especially that we were not hurried and made our own decision on bed and mattress. No cohesion ..... Extremely happy. Only 2 staff but very efficient even on a Saturday which everywhere else is very busy.
