The Salesman was extremely helpful and I felt I could talk to him. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive mattress but talked me through a few possibilities. I felt confident that with his help I had purchased the most suitable mattress for my needs.

I was highly satifsfied as no pressure was put on me to purchase anything but the assistants were available to answer questions I had. It was a hot day and I was offered a cold drink or tea. This adds a special touch.

The staff were extremely helpful and offered help and advice on my purchase.

We purchased a bed at the Romford/Hornchurch branch where we were served by Martyn who could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No pressure to buy any product - we were left alone to discuss and try out the beds. Staff regularly checked to see if we had any questions or needed anything clarified.

This meant when we left the shop we were confident we had chosen the right bed and mattress for us. The process of purchasing our product was very smooth and efficient.
