When we first arrived we was greeted with a warm welcome. Service was throughout and it was clear that Lee knew what he was talking about. Managed to get everything I needed all in one day! Thank you so much for great service

Excellent, friendly and informative service from Martyn, but allowing us time and space to wander and make our decision. I appreciated being offered coffee or tea on entrance, and the advice to use a pillow to help test the mattresses. He was also very helpful regarding delivery.

I really appreciated the service. We were offered tea and coffee when we first arrived. I was asked what I was looking for and then given options. We were then left to take some time and try out mattresses and pillows which was nice as I didn't feel rushed. Martin was very thorough in making sure I understood what I was getting at what price. I was particularly impressed that I was able to mention the name of the frame I wanted, which isn't in stock at the comfort branch, and Martyn knew exactly what bed I was referring to and the options available

Staff were helpful and understood what i wanted and showed me a choice of the type of mattresss i required.
