Lee was a very helpful salesman who offered good advice and help, Not too pushy but knowledgeable. Went to Romford and Lakeside where the selection of mattresses were good. Could try out each bed with a pillow so we could make a better choice.

The person who served me was very helpful and gave me time to think, he was very empathic as I was upset at replacing my bed due to the loss of my husband and the bed is our bed. I appreciated the empathy and I would say this customer service is what sold me the bed .
