Good service

Have bought from dreams in the past. Confident I will continue to get value for money and good service. Salesperson very pleasant and well knowledgeable, not pushy just helpful and answered all my questions. Not the cheapest in the area, but I say you get what you pay for, and good service is paramount.

Very friendly and attentive salesmen, had no problem in ordering my bed bases, although I have not yet received them yet, I am sure they will be very nice.

Showroom assistance courteous and very informative but not "pushy". Left to our own devices to try out matressess but salesperson always available for guidance. Nice coffee!

The staff member Lee was very helpful asked if we wanted a drink told me every ing I needed to know and made sure I was happy

Martin, who looked after us was very good at understanding our needs for the choice we made, he wanted us to take our time and try all the relevant beds we needed and came with 2 pillows for us to get optimal comfort when trying the beds.

The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and not pushy. We were offered coffee/water on arrival, which was lovely. When making our purchase, Martyn was efficient and very helpful. a good experience all round - thank you.
