We walked in to decide on a mattress and the gentleman who spoke with us the weekend before, remembered us in great detail, again without looking at any documentation proceeded to show is the mattresses we were looking at, didn't over load us with lots of questions, and when we made a decision placed our order in a speedy manner, we were offered refreshments whilst we were at the store also which was a lovely touch to the very pleasant stress free experience

Lee the colleague was both helpful and knowledgeable and attentive.

We could not afford the bed we wanted so just brought a mattress ex display the assistant Dean did not pressure us into anything was extremely knowledgeable and gave us pillows excellent customer service

The salesman was very thorough threw out our visit and went out of his way to search and price match what we wanted to purchase. His knowledge and experience was excellent and he made us feel welcome and special. Thank you

Lee was very helpful and was able to advise on suitable products. Lee was also friendly and accommodating. Lee greeted and offer me and my family drinks which made the experience enjoyable. Lee also offered pillows at a very good price.

I was greeted.by Lee who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me greatly throughout my shop for a new bed after having spinal surgery and nothing was too much for him. He even moved one mattress onto a different bed base for me to try. I would suggest that Lee be acknowledged and rewarded in some way as he was fantastic throughout my visit. To the Romford store.

We were greeted as soon as we went in, offered drinks, and assistance. We were allowed to look without the salesman being on top of us, but he was always there to answer questions and offer advice. The bed base and mattress were very good, and we were pleased by the speed of order. Advice and help for assembly and a guarantee were offered and fully explained. We were offered drinks, and we got our mattress protector for placing the guarantee, and we were also offered pillows (which we didn't need, but appreciated anyway). It was excellent service from Lee.

Very helpful salesman, pleasant and friendly. Listened to what we wanted and helped us very quickly find want we wanted and then left us to find a mattress that we found comfortable having explained all the options. We were very impressed.
