I knew what type of bed I wanted and was shown the ones which fitted my choice. Each one was explained with the differences pointed out. Very professional and easy to understand. I did not feel pressured at all and felt comfortable at all times was a little dubious going in on my own but felt at ease immediately

Lee (sales rep) was very friendly from the minute we (my son & I)walked into the store. He was very informative & very confident about the electric beds. He helped me try out the mattresses explaining about the guarantees & the differences helping me to make the right choice. Once we established what I was looking for I was offered a cup of tea while I had a look around. He was funny, polite & respectful of my needs
